Lieutenant Colonel ALEXA B. QUANDT

Lieutenant Colonel Alexa Quandt is the Commander, 314th Recruiting Squadron, Burlington, New Jersey. The 314th RCS comprises 63 recruiting and 21 support personnel who recruit men and women throughout New Jersey and Delaware, as well as sections of Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Its mission is to change lives, one future Airman or Guardian at a time, by Professionally, Enthusiastically and Innovatively seeking and attracting the most qualified candidates to serve in our Air Force and Space Force.

Lieutenant Colonel Quandt began her USAF career after earning a commission through ROTC at Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and a degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY in 2004.  She is a career intelligence officer with assignments to RC-135, DGS, 7^th AF staff, 363^rd ISRW, Air Staff and the 70^th ISRW. 

She also has five RC-135 deployments to Southwest Asia conducting airborne operations in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, and one RC-135 deployment to the SOUTHCOM AOR in support of counter drug operations.  Additionally, she completed a deployment to HQ ISAF as Integrated Planner in Kabul, Afghanistan and a deployment to Jordan as the Deputy J2 for CENTCOM Forward-Jordan.
