A Health Professions recruiter assigned to the 339th Recruiting Squadron here recruited a maxillofacial prosthodontist recently.

Maj. Bryan Williams traded his private dental career for the opportunity to serve his country. Master Sgt. Kevin Harvey, Military Entrance Processing station senior liaison supervisor recruited Williams and was also present at his commissioning.

"Our HP recruiters are charged with targeting a market that is the highest paid in our society, with the most career options available to anyone," said Master Sgt. Paul Kaiser, 339th RCS first sergeant. "In many cases these professionals forfeit literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary per year, for the opportunity to serve our country. It takes experienced recruiters like Master Sgt. Harvey to close the sale."

Maxillofacial prosthodontists are experts in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, as well as in complex prosthetic facial reconstruction.
