333rd Recruiting Squadron members recently got a taste of what one hard-to-fill (H2F) Air Force enlisted career field mission involves.

Several squadron recruiters flew on an HH-60G Jolly Green helicopter on Feb. 22, to witness combat, search and rescue skills in action after getting initial mission briefings from the 308th and 301st Rescue Squadrons of Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.
The recruiters also experienced an in-flight aerial gunnery and terrain masking demonstration.

"The time spent was extremely valuable, and will better help our recruiters to answer questions from potential applicants about these physically demanding jobs," said Master Sgt. Michael Kovach, 333rd RCS flight chief.

Air Force Recruiting Service seeks qualified future Airmen for H2F jobs, and the 333rd RCS is doing its best to answer that call. The special operations careers including pararescue jumpers, combat control, survival, evasion, resistance and escape; and tactical air command and control specialists.
