Della Creech 367th Recruiting Group, Air Force Reserve Command WARNER ROBINS AFB, Ga. -- 367th Recruiting Group welcomes new commander, Col. Sean “Metro” Fellows, during an assumption of command ceremony officiated by Brig. Gen. Jeffrey W. Nelson, Air Force Accessions Center and Air Force Recruiting Service commander, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, August 22, 2025, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The 367th RCG covers four squadrons and 500 personnel, spreads across nearly four million square miles, covering 37 wings and three numbered Air Force. After two years of leadership, Col. Michelle Coumbs, outgoing 367th RCG commander, relinquished command to Fellows. “Under Col. Coumbs, the 367th RCG has shown that even in the most challenging recruiting environment, you can excel,” said Nelson. “Under Col. Fellows, I know you will continue to break records, build trust, and shape the future of our Air Force.” In 2024 alone, the 367th RCG delivered 21 percent production increase over fiscal year 2023, despite manning shortfalls and external challenges. Achieving 104 percent of the recruiting mission for the first time since 2021 and even exceeding the first quarter targets by nearly 105 percent. Fellows set forth a plan to continue this culture of success through compassion for the American Airmen and trust. “When we care deeply about people and empower them with trust,” said Fellows, “they will care about exceeding standards and together we will deliver extraordinary mission results.” Through a culture that leads with pride, the 367th RCG vowed to continue to inspire, engage, recruit and retain Airmen. “I firmly attest that the world’s greatest weapon system is the American Airman—for they empower everything else,” said Fellows.
