337th RCS volunteers
Tech. Sgt. Phillip Howell, 337th Recruiting Squadron enlisted accessions recruiter from Salisbury, N.C., tills soil around the Victory Junction Gang Camp’s tree house April 26, preparing the area for fellow volunteers to lay sod. The camp provides a medically sound environment for children with chronic or serious illnesses to play.
