Army leaders at Kirkuk Regional Air Base recognized the deployed Air Force Recruiting Service communications configuration management chief and his 30-Airman shop for providing outstanding telephone and computer network communications for about 5,400 Soldiers, Airmen and Department of Defense employees at Kirkuk RAB from September 2006 to January 2007.
