Green spirit

GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Staff Sgt. Eric Dock, 313th Recruiting Squadron recruiter assigned to Green Island, N.Y., leads his Delayed Entry Program members in the Team Ireland 19th annual Shamrock Run Sunday in Kingston, N.Y. DEPpers Jessie Bizanos from Selkirk, Joshua Kuhnel from Hudson, David Metter from Nassau and Anna Bily from Woodstock were just a few of the 3,000 participants in the charitable event benefiting the Benedictine Hospital Robert J. Ryan Fund. Fun runs and DEP meetings are just a couple of ways recruiters help prepare new recruits physically for basic training and build team spirit. (Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Kayla Dock)
