In good form
Air Force Recruiting Service headquarters Airmen usher in the new fiscal year with the organization’s first formation run Oct. 1 around Randolph Air Force Base’s Airman’s Heritage Park. Command Chief Master Sgt. Vance Clarke carries the unit guidon and Commander Brig. Gen. A.J. Stewart, front right, sets the pace. The event initiated the first of three monthly AFRS physical fitness runs to take place each annual quarter. AFRS members do a 1.5 mile formation run the first month of the quarter, a timed 1.5 mile run the second month and a 1.5 mile fun run and walk with family members the third month. The purpose of the unit events is to enhance Airman fitness and camaraderie. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Jennifer Lindsey)
