Congrats from the chief of staff

Gen. Mark A. Welsh III, Air Force Chief of Staff, congratulates members of the Delayed Entry Program after swearing them in at pre-Super Bowl activities in Phoenix Jan. 31. The ceremony was broadcast on ESPN. Several photos of the event were posted on Welsh’s Facebook page. He wrote: “Amid the festivities and fanfare of Super Bowl week in Phoenix, some amazingly talented and brave men and women committed to serving their nation in the Air Force.
