Recruiters are Creators of Airmen, Facilitators of Dreams
Chief Master Sgt. Michael Kovach, 360th Recruiting Group Superintendent, displays a photo collection of Delayed Enlistment Program Airmen who he helped recruit into the Air Force. The chief, currently stationed in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, plans to retire this year after more than 25 years of service. He said looking back at the photos helped him realize he made a difference as an Airman and a "facilitator of dreams."
