360th RCG honors master sergeant selects

Recruiters from the 360th Recruiting Group honored their master sergeant selects at a week-long Senior NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The course cumulated in a medal presentation and the Senior NCO Induction Ceremony. All events were designed to facilitate the transition to the Senior NCO corps by providing in-depth view of increased leadership and managerial responsibilities while focusing on the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force’s priorities of people, readiness, and culture. SNCOs were provided tools and training that will compliment individual strengths while growing their leadership capabilities.
