U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Brian Robinson, commander of Air Education and Training Command, visited the 345th Recruiting Squadron Headquarters Sept. 6, 2024, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The AETC command team had a candid conversation with the 345th RCS team about the obstacles faced by recruiters and how AETC is striving to overcome them. The visit also included recognizing some high performers prior to a bell ringing ceremony to celebrate the achievement of a meeting the squadron recruiting goal.
