Introducing the Comptroller Service Portal (CSP)
105th Airlift Wing
Video by Tech. Sgt. Daniel Hotter
Oct. 24, 2022 | 2:08
105th Airlift Wing commander Brig. Gen. Gary Charlton introduces the Comptroller Service Portal, the new financial customer service system implemented Air Force-wide.

The Comptroller Service Portal, CSP, was first introduced in 2015, where it was tested across six active duty bases. It was later approved for implementation at all Active Duty bases in 2020. That means CSP has been operational for several years now.

CSP was designed to help streamline finance-related issues by allowing customers to effortlessly submit inquiries with full transparency throughout the resolution process.

Through the CSP, there is no more waiting in line or not knowing where your inquiry is - From the moment an inquiry is created, customers and financial technicians have full visibility of the inquiry’s status along every step of the chain.

Still, the system is new to us in the Air National Guard, and like anything new, we will experience growing pains, but we will work through them together.

Rest assured that the Comptroller Flight is committed to excellence and will make this transition in customer relations as seamless as possible.

You can do your part simply by engaging in the CSP system. Familiarize yourself with how to create an inquiry, as well as learn how to navigate through the site. You will be surprised just how easy it is to submit an inquiry, and how intuitive the system is.

The Comptroller Service Portal was ultimately designed with Airmen in mind. You’re a professional who deserves the best customer service possible. CSP is that service, and it will allow you to better focus on your job, your family, and the Air Force mission.
