Hello, I’m Lieutenant General Shaun Morris, Commander of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. I invite you to attend this year’s combined Life Cycle Industry Days and Wright Dialogue with Industry, which will be held from 31 July thru 4 August 2023. Our goal is simple, to create a forum for Air Force leaders and industry partners to discuss current weapon system programs and critical capabilities needed to support the 2022 National Defense Strategy.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is closely linked to the Secretary of the Air Force, Frank Kendall’s Operational Imperatives, which will improve our operational posture relative to our pacing challenge – China. Our Center’s number one priority is to successfully execute the operational imperatives while adequately balancing risks across the Center. I have zero doubt LCID and WDI will help reach that end.

Specific to Life Cycle Industry Days, the first day will be 31 July and will lead off with a Classified Session at the Air Force Institute of Technology, starting with a threat-based intelligence brief tied to our current environment, a status update of the 7 Operational Imperatives, and finish with a panel addressing the newly established Cross-Cutting Operational Enablers—Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Mobility and Munitions.

The remainder of LCID will be held at the Dayton Convention Center and will include keynote speeches by Air Force / Industry Senior Leaders and panels such as -- Digital Data Transformation, Global Supply Chain, and Air Force Contracting. There will be opportunities for individual industry sessions with Program Executive Officers, and throughout the conference, the exhibit floor will showcase current capabilities and facilitate networking for stronger partnerships.

Our team is currently finalizing the agenda, so please stay connected to the website and emails with information on registration dates, agendas, PEO one-on-one sign-ups, and industry exhibit booths.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to your attendance as we come together in person to further advance the world’s greatest Air Force.
