3 Symptoms of S.A.D.
354th Fighter Wing
Video by Senior Airman Kahdija Slaughter
Dec. 27, 2017 | 1:29
Winter Solstice has come and gone, putting Alaska on the upward swing of daylight hours. As our winter days slowly lengthen, our mental health staff want Airmen and families here at Eielson AFB to be aware of the signs and symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder, or S.A.D.

S.A.D. is a subtype of depression associated with the changes in seasons. Know the signs and be prepared to combat S.A.D as soon as possible. If you think you or a loved one is experiencing S.A.D., please contact an office listed below.
