Major FIONA PHAM

Maj. Fiona Pham is the Commander of the 353rd Recruiting Squadron, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California, the largest recruiting squadron geographically amongst AFRC. She commands a squadron consisting of 103 personnel to annually recruit 2,400 Citizen Airmen. She is responsible for an operations budget of $500,000, 64 government vehicles, and 22 offices geographically separated across three countries, one U.S. Territory and 17 States. 
 
Maj. Pham received her commission to the Air Force in December 2010 through Officer Training School. She completed the Logistics Readiness Officer Course in April 2011 and has served in various operational and staff assignments at the Squadron, Group, Numbered Air Force, and joint levels. In August 2019, she transitioned to the Air Force Reserve component from Active Duty.  
 
Prior Maj. Pham was the Director of Inspections, Headquarters Fourth Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California. In this role, reporting to the Fourth Air Force Commander on matters concerning readiness, military discipline, and efficiency of the assigned strategic airlift and air refueling capabilities in both nuclear and conventional postures. Her oversight includes units across the continental United States, Hawaii and Guam, spanning over 300 units in 18 flying wings, a regional support group, and more than 32,000 personnel.

Major FIONA PHAM

Maj. Fiona Pham is the Commander of the 353rd Recruiting Squadron, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California, the largest recruiting squadron geographically amongst AFRC. She commands a squadron consisting of 103 personnel to annually recruit 2,400 Citizen Airmen. She is responsible for an operations budget of $500,000, 64 government vehicles, and 22 offices geographically separated across three countries, one U.S. Territory and 17 States. 
 
Maj. Pham received her commission to the Air Force in December 2010 through Officer Training School. She completed the Logistics Readiness Officer Course in April 2011 and has served in various operational and staff assignments at the Squadron, Group, Numbered Air Force, and joint levels. In August 2019, she transitioned to the Air Force Reserve component from Active Duty.  
 
Prior Maj. Pham was the Director of Inspections, Headquarters Fourth Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California. In this role, reporting to the Fourth Air Force Commander on matters concerning readiness, military discipline, and efficiency of the assigned strategic airlift and air refueling capabilities in both nuclear and conventional postures. Her oversight includes units across the continental United States, Hawaii and Guam, spanning over 300 units in 18 flying wings, a regional support group, and more than 32,000 personnel.
