Lt. Col. Docleia M. Gibson is the Commander, 337th Recruiting Squadron, 360th Recruiting Group, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. As commander she plans, organizes, leads, and controls the recruiting activities of seven enlisted accessions flights with approximately 90 active-duty and nine civilian personnel. The 337th RCS’s area of responsibility covers a 64,000 square-mile region in North Carolina and South Carolina. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen and Guardians to deliver airpower.
Lt. Col. Gibson received her commission from Fayetteville State University in 2007. She has served as a Military Personnel Flight Chief, Military Entrance and Processing Station Operations Officer, Communications and Plans Division Chief, and Wing Public Affairs Chief. She has also served in support of OPERATION Enduring Freedom and Task Force Liberty in support of OPERATION Allies Welcome.
