RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Staff Sgt. Austin Myers, 341st Recruiting Squadron enlisted accessions recruiter from Jacksonville, Fla. joined the Air Force six years ago to serve his country and have a career he could be proud of.

"I can make an impact in someone's young life, and know I helped them achieve something great," he said.

Myers is stationed at Lake Charles, La. His personal motto is: 'it is what it is, but how can we make it better?"
