ST. LOUIS -- Air Force Reserve recruiters held a Recruiting Training Event and Annual Awards Ceremony, January 29, 2026, St. Louis, Missouri. The ceremony highlighted the 367th Recruiting Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, accomplishments and provided an opportunity to recognize exceptional Airmen over fiscal year 2025.
Over the RTE, AFR recruiters trained and celebrated exceeding the AFR recruiting goal of 7,600 for a second consecutive year. With AFR recruiters reaching across the globe, the RTE held Jan 25-30, 2026, brought together geographically separated recruiters to unite in training with a shared strategic edge.
Maj. Gen. Jennie R. Johnson, Chief of Staff at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, delivered the Annual Awards Ceremony keynote address.
Johnson said, she couldn’t be prouder of the 367 RCG Airmen that operate with a 2.6 recruit production per recruiter per month. She’s proud of their accomplishments and contributions as a force last fiscal year, and she looked forward to what AFR recruiters can accomplish in the future.
Col. Sean “Metro” Fellows, 367 RCG commander said, “Our recruiters are the tip of the spear and our most vital weapon system—as the American Airman starts with them! We're proud of the 367 RCG—resilient, unstoppable—and committed to our philosophy of ‘Just Freaking Care:’ our people, our mission, our future.”
