Recruiters showcase Air Force at Great American Rivalry Series

Staff Sgt. Darlene Rust, 343rd Recruiting Squadron recruiter, presents quarterback Michael Hudson, a Dowling Catholic Senior, with the Most Valuable Player trophy after Dowling Catholic defeated Valley High School in the U.S. Air Force sponsored Great American Rivalry Series game in Des Moines, Iowa Sept 4. As part of the Series, the wining team earns bragging rights and the coveted champion trophy, present on field by a member of the U.S. Air Force. The game’s most valuable player is also recognized, and the Series awards the top student-athlete from each school a college scholarship. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. David McCarrison)
