Chaplains lead the next generation

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Chaplain candidate, 2nd Lt. Nicole Palmeira, stands alongside Chaplain (Capt.) Mark Williams and Wing Chaplain (Lt. Col.)
