Colonel Kristy L. Moore is the Deputy Commander, Air Force Recruiting Service, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. As Deputy Commander, Col. Moore is responsible for obtaining sufficient qualified men and women to meet the personnel procurement requirements of today's and tomorrow's highly technological Air Force and Space Force. Air Force Recruiting Service comprises more than 3,000
Airmen and civilians at more than 1,000 facilities across the U.S. and abroad.
Col. Moore received her commission from Officer Training School in 2002. She has served in a variety of positions at the research laboratory, squadron, group, numbered air force, major command, and combatant command levels. Additionally, she has been a deputy chief of staff and commander’s action group director, operations flight commander, chief analyst, Executive Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force’s Scientific Advisory Board, squadron commander, and has a combined 25 hours in the F-15D and F-16D as a flight test analyst. Prior to assuming her current
role, Col. Moore served as the Director, Analysis and Assessments Directorate, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
