Lieutenant Colonel Weber is the Commander, 311th Recruiting Squadron, 360th Air Force Recruiting Group, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. He leads 105 highly effective active-duty Airmen and 12 civilian specialists across 8 flights and 60 recruiting offices in the 69,000 square mile region of Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. The mission of the 311th is to inspire, engage and recruit the highest quality applicants for the world’s greatest Air Force and Space Force.
Lieutenant Colonel Weber graduated from the California State University, Sacramento in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Technology and was commissioned through Reserved Officer Training Corps in 2008. He has served in a variety of Acquisition and Intelligence leadership positions supporting mission sets across Space, Special Operations, Intelligence Community, and Airborne Command and Control. Lieutenant Colonel Weber has deployed multiple times to CENTCOM and AFRICOM in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Juniper Shield. Additionally, he has served as at the Squadron, Wing, and Major Command level in support of Combat Air Forces.
Prior to his current assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Weber was Deputy Chief, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Strategy and Integration Division, Headquarters Air Force, Washington, D.C. Additionally, he served as the Acting Deputy Director of Intelligence for Integrated Capabilities Command-Provisional, forging a path for threat-informed intelligence support to USAF capability modernization efforts.
