Major Allie Dallas Zillweger

Maj. Allie Dallas Zillweger is the Commander of the 352nd Recruiting Squadron, Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. She is responsible for 120 recruiters operating at 50 geographically separated unit locations across 19 states. She collaborates with 37 Wing Commanders to provide qualified accessions to meet manpower mission requirements. She also develops and implements policies for recruiters in the field to achieve accession goals.  Additionally, she leads a 10-person support staff to address mission manpower, facility, budget, and training requirements.

Maj. Zillweger earned her commissioned in May 2011 from Texas Christian University. She graduated from Undergraduate Combat Systems Officer training at Pensacola Naval Air Station, Florida, in August 2012. During her 13 years of service, she spent eight years on active duty as an instructor and evaluator combat systems officer, completing five deployments and over 1,100 combat flying hours in support of multiple contingency operations, including Freedom Sentinel, Resolute Support, Inherent Resolve, and Enduring Freedom. Prior to her current position, the major served as an Executive Officer at 301st Mission Support Group, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, Texas.
