Yokota High School students participating in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) toured 374th Operational Support Squadron facilities during a two-day immersive experience that featured multiple diverse aircraft operations career paths on January 24, 2023.

The students were shown areas and positions in the 374th OSS Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) shop, had pilots and crew chiefs from the 36th Airlift Squadron show them the inner workings of a C-130J Super Hercules, and were briefed on Air Traffic Control Tower, weather, and flightline operations career paths. Opportunities to spend time learning about military careers directly from professional Airmen can be valuable should students continue on to enlistment or commissioning programs.
